After many months of development and testing, HisDoc was finally in a state where it was ready for usage. Though it likely still had bugs and wasn't feature rich, it was added and the server was restarted... multiple times! Due to differences in the testing environment and the actual apex server, some code which worked on Jon's machine did not have the required pieces of code to set itself up correctly on the actual server. However after 4 attempts and an update to v1.0.1 (which on the server is compiled using the version v1.0.0) it now functions.
